All orders from our store are trackable through the carrier website
The email you receive with tracking information is the best resource for updating your order and delivery schedule. When we successfully ship your order, a tracking number will be issued and sent via email

1) For orders over $49, we offer free US economy shipping
2) For orders from Japan, we can offer free economy shipping
3) Only some items on the website can be shipped to Canada, if you are a Canadian customer, please consult customer service: taylor@buybuffalogear.com
3) If you need your package to arrive by a specific date, we strongly recommend that you use expedited shipping, which is faster and guaranteed.

In addition, we assure you that any delay in shipping will not affect your return or exchange period. All returns and exchanges are subject to the delivery date of your order.
